Dear Client:

We are looking forward to a great boating season. This season marks our 36th year servicing the boating community and we thank you for your continued business. We understand the importance of quality customer service and the importance of keeping your vessel in top condition - a clean hull makes a world of difference in fuel economy, overall performance and long term care of your vessel. We want you to have trouble free boating on that important weekend!

In consideration of the current economic climate we will not increase our service rates this season for the fifth consecutive year. Also, to ensure quality customer service we will be limiting the number of customers we take on this season so please send in your form for this season as early as possible. (Last summer we reached capacity in early June.)

Each service will include a complete cleaning of the waterline, keel and hull, and barnacle removal from the keel and running gear. We will also clean your Speedo, transducer and all thru-hull fittings. Zincs will always be inspected and replaced if requested. We will also provide any necessary feedback with regard to the condition of your vessel.

We continue to be in compliance with the Clean Boating Act of 2008. Our environmental policy can be found on our website at www.ShippanScuba.com. We are regularly in contact with the State and Federal D.E.P. There is no State or Federal Law prohibiting in-water hull cleaning. It is important when we clean your boat that the water does not plume with paint clouds and that we maintain a no-discharge policy. Our policies have been reviewed by the State D.E.P. and we will continue to monitor and be compliant with all regulations.

Please send in the Service Form or visit our web site for online sign up as early as possible to be assured a place on our work list. You can change your schedule at any time via phone, e-mail, or fax 24 hours a day. We feel it is important to take care of those who have supported us over the years.
