April 1, 2009
Dear Client:
Winter is finally coming to
a close and the good news is that lower fuel prices will entice
boaters to get out and enjoy their boats more. This season marks
our 34th year servicing the boating community and we thank you
for your continued business. We understand the importance of
quality customer service and the importance of keeping your vessel
in tip top condition - a clean hull makes a world of difference
in the overall performance and long term care of your vessel.
In consideration of the current
economic climate we will not increase our service rates
this season. Also, to ensure quality customer service we will
be limiting the number of customers we take on this season so
please send in your form for this season as early as possible.
(Last summer we reached capacity in June.)
Each service will include
a complete cleaning of the waterline, keel and hull, and barnacle
removal from the keel and running gear. We will also clean your
Speedo, transducer and all thru-hull fittings. Zincs will be
inspected and replaced if requested. We will also provide any
necessary feedback with regard to the condition of your vessel.
In compliance with the Clean Boating Act of 2008 we have initiated
an environmental policy which can be found on our website at
www.shippanscuba.com.
Please send in the Service Form or visit our web site as early
as possible to be assured a place on our work list. You can change
your schedule at any time via phone, e-mail, or fax 24 hours
a day. We feel it is important to take care of those who have
supported us over the years.
Please contact me if you
have any questions or special needs. I would appreciate feedback
so that we can continue to serve you well.
Sincerely,
Tim Rath
